I have been at Paradigm for a little bit over a year, the relationships and bonds that I have made in the short time make it feel like I’ve been there since the beginning. The trainers are so caring and respectful of your abilities and needs. It’s not always about how strong you have gotten or how much weight you have lost (although it is really amazing to see progress!!) but also how much fun you have had while doing it, the coaching and community are so uplifting and you always feel like you can push yourself in a place where you will always be supported. The personalized approach to training and especially the nutrition, make all the difference. Every program is personalized to your needs and abilities, focusing on the things you want to improve or just to feel better about your mental and physical health.
As an athlete, my training schedule changes throughout summer and winter, therefore my nutrition goals always change. Even when I am trying to cut down for the start of a season, I never feel overly restricted or like I am missing anything in my diet. My energy levels don’t diminish, and I feel amazing at the end of the days. Whereas in the winter when its time to put the weight on during off season, my nutrition plan changes and you don’t get the bloated feel or feel like you are eating until you want to puke just to put on mass. Dane really knows what he is doing and will work with you to make sure your body gets everything it needs to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, no matter what your goals are, everyone is different.
