Our semi-private training services were created to fill a void in the fitness industry.  Many people want and need the guidance of a professional coach in order to be successful in attaining their health and fitness goals but don’t have the budget to do so.

Our semi-private training is available 8 hours per day with a maximum of 4 clients per hour.  Make your own group or join our amazing community of clients.  All fitness levels welcome.
