MATT PEREZ
Matt Perez gained interest in health and fitness as a teenager through martial arts movies. He developed a strong passion for Internal Martial Arts and GongFu in 2009 when he joined a Buddhist Shaolin Temple in China for 13 months. He trained 6 days a week from 5 am until 9pm.
Matt has worked in many countries as a Personal Trainer and Qigong instructor, including Amsterdam NL, New Zealand, Paris FR, Portugal, South Korea, Montréal etc… each of these countries for a period of 2yrs. He is passionate about HEALTH over fitness, and uses Fitness training as a tool to bring his clients to a level of beginning to explore their internal energies and health. To him Fitness is a Result of inner health (our organs functions – Qi) and not the other way around.
