MEET OUR COACHES

MEGAN MATTHEWS

YOGA COACH
Megan started her yoga journey back in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2018 and has completed multiple yoga teacher training over the years, continuing her education to deepen her understanding as a student and as a teacher.
 
Megan enjoys teaching creative, playful, and challenging sequences. From Yin to Vinyasa, yoga is a tool that helps her breathe and flow. 

JOE GERMINARIO

YOGA COACH
Joe has been teaching yoga since 2013, and he has taught worldwide. He has trained with Hart Lazer, Donna Read, Ramanand Patel and Aaron Star.
 
Joe has been practicing Tai Chi and Kung Fu since 2012 and has certifications in both Chinese medicine and foot reflexology.
Joe blends the simplicity of Zen and the meditative flow of Tai Chi with the stability of Kung Fu and the poise of Yoga. His classes are perfect for all levels and focus on mindful challenge, moving with the breath, functional alignment and playful flow.

MATT PEREZ

QIGONG COACH

Matt Perez gained interest in health and fitness as a teenager through martial arts movies. He developed a strong passion for Internal Martial Arts and GongFu in 2009 when he joined a Buddhist Shaolin Temple in China for 13 months. He trained 6 days a week from 5 am until 9pm.

Matt has worked in many countries as a Personal Trainer and Qigong instructor, including Amsterdam NL, New Zealand, Paris FR, Portugal, South Korea, Montréal etc… each of these countries for a period of 2yrs. He is passionate about HEALTH over fitness, and uses Fitness training as a tool to bring his clients to a level of beginning to explore their internal energies and health. To him Fitness is a Result of inner health (our organs functions – Qi) and not the other way around.
